๐Ÿ”— Comorbidity means one person meeting the criteria of two or more diagnoses at the same time. NPD research has reported co-occurring mood disorders, anxiety disorders, substance use disorders, PTSD, and other personality disorders.

Co-occurrence never means one condition caused the other โ€” nor that the pairing holds for everyone.
