These terms set out the conditions, rules of use, and allocation of rights and responsibilities for the content and tools provided by narcissisttools.org (the "site"). By using the site, you agree to these terms.

The site offers self-understanding tools, relationship self-check materials, and recovery resources that require no sign-up. The site provides information and self-check tools to help you sort out the words, behavior, repeating patterns, and everyday changes that come out of a relationship.

• All material is reference content designed to aid understanding.
• The site is not a medical, counseling, or legal provider, and offers no diagnosis, treatment, counseling, or legal advice.
• Tool results alone cannot establish anyone's personality, condition, or hidden intentions.
• Important decisions should weigh what was actually said and done, your current circumstances, and your personal safety — and, where needed, the advice of a qualified professional.

Anyone may access and use the site with no registration.

• Using the public content and tools requires no name, email, password, or username.
• What you type or select in a tool is processed only transiently inside your browser; it is not stored on our servers or in browser storage (localStorage, sessionStorage, etc.). Because the site neither stores nor auto-restores data, refreshing or closing the window ordinarily clears your input and results. The site cannot control browser-level features such as the back/forward cache (BFCache), tab restore, or form autofill.
• Some tools can generate, in your browser, question sheets or example sentences for use with outside AI services. Nothing is transmitted to the operator or to any AI service automatically during normal use; if you enter content into an outside service yourself, that service's terms and privacy policy apply.
• Technical information processed during connection and contact email are governed by the Privacy Policy.

• If you need to share, remove identifying details first and consider the audience and others' rights.
• If you need material for a report, legal consultation, or dispute, ask the relevant agency or professional about safe ways to submit and use it.

To keep the site safe and available, the following are prohibited:

• Copying the site's materials or tools for sale or commercial redistribution without permission
• Bulk-harvesting the site with automated tools, imposing excessive load, or circumventing security measures
• Using the site's content in ways that violate other people's rights or reputation
• Using tool results to pronounce judgment on, threaten, or attack another person
• Violating applicable law or interfering with the site's normal operation

The site's writing, question wording, tool designs, and screen layouts were created by the site or are used with proper authorization. The scope of protection for each element follows copyright law and other applicable law.
