Blocking your movement so you can't leave is absolutely violence. Even without physical injury, your safety is already compromised.

Wanting to keep talking doesn't make it okay to block your way out.

- Forcing your way out can escalate into a physical struggle, so instead of arguing, look first for a way to alert someone outside.
- If you're trapped or being threatened, call 911 immediately.
