Mid-fight, the hands go to your neck, or a pillow to your face. "I let go right away" makes it supposedly nothing.
When this happens, try this
💡 If your neck was compressed or your breathing blocked, get medical care as soon as possible. If breathing is hard, your voice changes, swallowing is difficult, or severe dizziness and confusion set in, call 911 or go to the ER immediately. Do not meet them again alone.
