⏸️ A mature conversational technique: when things overheat, clearly announce why the conversation is pausing and when it resumes, then briefly suspend the exchange.

"This has gotten too heated. Let's talk again at 8 tonight."
When this happens, try this
💡 Say the reason and the time together: "I can't continue this right now — I'll pick it up at 8 tonight." If the set time doesn't work out, announce a new one.
