Narcissism Glossary

Boundaries and control are different

๐Ÿšง A boundary defines 'the action I will take' to protect your own dignity; control violates another's free will in the attempt to 'force their behavior to change.' The difference is essential.

Often seen in situations like these

When this happens, try this

๐Ÿ’ก Focus on the response you'll take, not the fight to change them. The clear form is "if you do this, I will do that" โ€” a standard you yourself will execute.
